We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy balances student needs with fair business practices. All refund requests must meet specific criteria and follow our established procedures.
  • Request must be submitted within 14 days of course enrollment
  • Student must have completed less than 25% of course materials
  • Valid reason must be provided with supporting documentation
  • Original payment method must be verifiable
  • Account must be in good standing with no violations

To process your refund request efficiently, please prepare these documents. Missing documentation may delay processing or result in request denial.

Refund Process

Complete the refund request form with all required documentation and submit through your student portal.

Initial Review

Our team reviews your request within 3-5 business days to verify eligibility and documentation completeness.

Decision Notification

You'll receive email notification of our decision within 7-10 business days of initial review completion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Important Notice
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. International payments may take additional time to process. We recommend contacting your financial institution if you don't see the refund reflected within 14 business days.

Refund Scenarios

Technical Issues

Course platform problems preventing access for more than 48 hours, or significant technical barriers affecting learning progress.
Full Refund

Medical Circumstances

Serious illness or medical emergency preventing course completion, verified by medical documentation from healthcare provider.
Full Refund

Course Dissatisfaction

Course content doesn't match description or personal expectations, requested within first 14 days with less than 25% completion.
Partial Refund

Late Withdrawal

Refund request submitted after 14-day period or after completing more than 25% of course materials.
Not Eligible

Employment Changes

Unexpected job loss or major employment changes affecting ability to continue studies, documented with employment verification.
Partial Refund

Course Cancellation

RebootTechs cancels or significantly modifies course content, schedule, or delivery method after enrollment confirmation.

Payment Methods & Processing

Refund Distribution

All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for enrollment. We cannot issue refunds to different accounts or payment methods for security reasons.
  • Credit card refunds: 3-7 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-10 business days
  • Digital wallets: 1-5 business days
  • International payments: 7-14 business days

Processing Fees

Transaction fees charged by payment processors are typically non-refundable. For full refunds, we absorb these costs. For partial refunds, processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Special Circumstances

Course Transfers

In some cases, we may offer course transfer to a different program instead of a refund. This option maintains your enrollment value while addressing your changing needs.

Emergency Situations

We recognize that extraordinary circumstances may require special consideration. Each case is reviewed individually by our student services team with appropriate documentation.
